This notice explains what PHX Good collects through Career Ops and this website, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you request an invite: your name, email, phone if you give it, what you are looking for, whether you have served if you choose to say, how you heard about us and the date. When you use Career Ops: your resume, your answers, the jobs you save or pass and the letters you approve.

How we use it

To reply to your request, set up your welcome call, find and check jobs for you, and prepare applications you review. We do not use it for ads, and we do not sell it.

Who can see it

You, and people at PHX Good who help you. Our service providers store and process data for us under contract: Cloudflare hosts this website and stores invite requests. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your device's internet address. Employers see only what you choose to submit to them.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no ads and no tracking cookies. It remembers your light or dark color choice on your own device only.

How long we keep it

Invite requests are kept until we have replied and for up to 12 months after, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner. [Retention period to confirm]

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your information at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
